Okay a couple of things of note. Tsukasa is a world traveler which means he probably has heard of something in the multiverse if your character is Very Important. Here's an OOC permissions post for OOC permission for minor canon puncture within the limits of the game.

ALSO, I'd like to point out that Tsukasa gains Cards, powers of your character the stronger your friendship bond is with him. The stronger your friendship, the more likely he will gain a power based on your character. Please fill out the form below.
